Here’s a short clip from our latest DVD, The Story of Plymouth City Centre – then & now. This is Bedford Street, one of the principal commercial thoroughfares of pre-war Plymouth that no longer exists. Including some wonderful old photographs and some of the earliest film of Plymouth known to exist dating back to 1912. All the film was silent and we have brought it alive with sound effects and music, just take a look and get a feel for life as it was in those bygone days.
